Traditional Café Le'Doux has been the new flagship for Aliatta Group since 2016. 125 years of French traditions mixed with the best Italian roast and Japanese precision make for a very strong block in our portfolio. Le'Doux is also a premium coffee in several blends, including the highest-quality beans, ground coffee, capsules, and pods of arabica types or a mix of the best and highest-quality destinations in Brazil, Honduras, Nicaragua, Colombia, Jamaica, Ethiopia, etc.

The process of choosing the perfect coffee variety takes a long time. Before making the final decision, we thoroughly roast each portion of green coffee beans in the Italian and French ways in search of the perfect combination of flavor and aroma. We prefer to use only premium and specialty Arabica harvested on the plantations of South America, East Africa, and Asia.

Le'Doux is not only a symbol of good quality coffee and traditions but even of "zero waste" products and never-ending development with projects including Le'Doux Academy Tokyo, which should be opened together with the new industrial Coffee Beans Roast Plant in 2023–24.
